05–21 September 2026 · BLR ↔ ZRH
Four people.
One very good detour.
A slow train into the Tyrol, ten self-drive days, local mornings, a car that boards a train, two tandem jumps and one Claude workshop—designed around the four of you, with the hard cap still intact.
The brief, translated into days
Nobody gets dragged through somebody else’s holiday.
Four separate portraits, two couple postcards and one shared route. Tap a traveller to spotlight their moments in the itinerary.

The trip, frame by frame
Twelve tiny adventures.
Four very animated people.
Each character has a hand-built 18-frame sprite sheet: six frames per action, three action rows. Pick a moment, pause on a pose, or download the complete sheet.

The route that makes the budget work
Train west to east. Drive a loop. Never pay an international one-way fee.
Zürich–Innsbruck both ways. The 2026 works can add roughly 40 minutes, so the return is on 19 September—not flight day.
Pick up and return at Innsbruck Airport. Slovenia and brief Italy transit are declared, while the expensive cross-border drop disappears.
Bovec gets two mornings. Day one is the jump; day two is the buffer. The road home never depends on the parachute.

Mandatory anchors first; optional adventures stay visibly outside the base budget. Open a card for the exact operating plan and live map or booking link.

The plan, hour by useful hour.
Open any day for timing, driving, food strategy, owner-specific moments and live booking links. Prices are planning ceilings, not prepaid quotes.
The operating layer
Rooms, roads and rupees—before anybody asks in the car.
The day cards now carry full command sheets. These three boards give the same trip at portfolio level: every sleep, every driving handover and every daily spending envelope.
Parking is mandatory from 9–19 September. A sofa bed does not quietly become bedroom two.
Maximum 90–120 minutes per stint; mountain weather and fatigue can shorten that immediately.
The ₹45,000 reserve remains untouched until a quote, delay or genuine operational need uses it.
15 September · Ljubljana · 13:30–17:30
You four conduct the Claude workshop.
This is not a class you attend. The four of you host an intimate, invited session for up to three Ljubljana guests—the seven-seat board room’s maximum once all four facilitators are seated. Use the morning’s field observations as the live dataset.
- 13:00Set up — screen, USB-C/HDMI, Wi-Fi, consent and demo backup.
- 13:30Open — Rithesh hosts; Arjuna frames a real Ljubljana problem.
- 14:15Prompt lab — Uma leads pairs from observation to useful brief.
- 15:30Build sprint — Ashok time-keeps; the team supports three guests.
- 16:30Demo + critique — test, compare and repair the artifacts.
- 17:15Ship — feedback form, shared links and group photo; finish 17:30.
Planning cap: ₹16,000. Ask for a written 2026 quote. The venue’s official 2026 price sheet lists the meeting room at €30/hour or €210/8 hours, excluding VAT; that supersedes the older €89/day page copy for budgeting.
